 A Starseed’s Letter to the Galactic Federation

My name is Sam and I am part of a group of representatives for contactees and what we call Starseeds, and people who are interested in first contact experience in any way --

I believe firmly that extraterrestrials and intraterrestrials exist and that the existence of a Galactic Federation is legitimate and real. I also believe that the Federation is the ultimate controller of Earth, and I propose the following ethical suggestions for implementing a better relationship between humans and extraterrestrial beings. As a guide, I can only attempt to make suggestions and I cannot interfere with contact experiences nor the Federation’s affairs at this current point in time.

1. More transparency. In this present and current year in time, we still cannot answer the question of who exactly is the leader group behind Earth’s deep government. Thus I ask the Federation for more transparency concerning its internal affairs and that they be willing to openly disclose all of their activities to a reasonable extent that helps humans understand their conditions more. Time and time again we, as the Starseed and contactee collectives, have not been able to obtain answers as to who is behind the curtains.

2. Less control; I may humbly ask the Galactic Federation to step back from attempting to maintain a strong matrix of control onto Earth herself and managing all of her aspects from geological to political, social and financial dimensionalities. We consider Earth as a living, sentient conscious being of her own right, who has suffered endless pillage on behalf of her inhabitants and visitors. I believe that the Federation should not be a primary force of control on Earth, and that humanity should become the main actor and agent of its own fate.

3. Allow extraterrestrial and intraterrestrial beings to have their own rights on Earth. I believe that since they have less recognized rights on Earth, they are more vulnerable to attacks, and thus should have some legal protection and granted rights just like humans are, to a reasonable extent. I believe that extraterrestrials, and humans, should be equal in rights and dignity.

4. More open communication and assistance. This is perhaps my most important point since it is I believe the solution to human issues. The contact problem has repeatedly shown to us that the so-called Prime Directive is not exactly helping as much as it is hindering potentialities for authentic, real improvements with the human population of Earth. While technologies given to humans can impose a severe risk of misuse, I believe that any of their usage should be supervised by its extraterrestrial owners, and that opportunities for assistance and contact experience should not remain abusively veiled, blocked, and delayed, perhaps I should say even derailed by various exopolitical factions which we will call White Hats and Dark Hats, as well as the Federation. I believe that humanity, and particularly starseeds, are severely exhausted of fighting for their lives for the supposed promise of human salvation everyday, which seems to be perpetually postponed or delayed; and that we should all be able to obtain a break of sorts from all of this chaotic reality.

I speak today since I believe that we need Starseed and human representatives since we are the only ones who can truly be the primary agent in steering Earth towards a better type of direction because we are the People. Our voice has to be heard.

I believe that as long as we prove ourselves to have the potential to be simply open to assistance we should at least receive some assistance regardless of our mental or physical conditions and status. And our group is here to make sure that this assistance is done well and not overstepped or misused.
