Obsession with your teen becoming pregnant or becoming a "bad girl" just like Jojo Siwa, that is very 1980's - yet some parents control their children from the start - drilling into their minds over and over 'don't be like this, don't do this, don't think that'.

In elementary school - it's always the parent that decides, not you. You aren't allowed to make your own decisions, you're too young. You can't show sadness or anger. You're expected to be a happy kid who goes to school, makes friends and remains unbothersome, blending it with everyone else, like a spy, unremarkable. And the day you tell on a teacher who verbally belittled or yelled at you, we're gonna make sure you know you're a brat for reporting her because we want you back in your spot.

"Crybaby! Crybaby!" say the other student, pointing at you, who see you weep on the bus in first grade because you had no seat. Everyone hates on you, you're the black sheep of the entire educational institution because you're weird. How could the world be so mean and cruel? "We're not laughing at you, we're laughing 'with' you!"

Your only best friend is worse than you and does questionable things you'd rather not do.

"Your bully is getting abused at home" is the only excuse you'll ever get.

Then you're made to be the problem, not them.

As you enter middle school, you aren't allowed to dress with shorts ending above knee length. Showing cleavage and mildly see-through clothing is a no. Surely that will repel away perverts, we think, otherwise she wants to be promiscuous. All you have to do is be a good high schooler. How dare she show an ounce of rebellion. Certainly she can't be depressed, she's just seeking attention and not acknowledging how people in third world nations have it worse. And she must be so naive, getting a 16-year-old boyfriend who will almost surely exploit her, badly influence her, or worse.

How dare she have mental health issues. We did everything we could for her. She's either faking it or seeking attention because she wants to avoid responsibilities and refuses to grow up.

"You're just young and confused, and falling for the agenda, you can't be trans!"

You then go on social media, and end up in an impasse and a tornado of self-embarrassment and CRINGE. And you have no one else to blame but either the trolls or yourself. Or God. Or Satan and the dark forces.

Everyone betrays you, abandons and rejects you, your self-esteem is at an all-time low and you are left with no other choice but awaken. Be careful, there's a rocky road of false awakenings out there.
