1) First, you must want it. Sense their frequency. Get a guitar or a tuning fork, or watch a binaural video, and feel what pitch or chord, resonates better. Aha. There is your key! Talk to them. They all hear and see you; they have hundreds, thousands of spaceships, shuttles, motherships, who supposedly have ultra-fine sensors and just like Santa Claus they literally can scan all activity on Earth and check if you've been up to your ethics, or fallen down. They can write words in the sky based on my thinking.
2) Awareness of subtleties, and removal of doubt. Grab any dust particle of intuition or clairsentience that you can.
3) Remove attachments to rigid expectations. Those are poison when it comes to such quantic, timeless experiences, as they can have several ways of reaching out to you and will often initially come via your mind, telepathically. Your expectation of a ship landing, you can wish it all you want, but most of us will have to overcome necessary steps before this happens, whether privately or publicly. And the most crucial one is removing rigid expectations. Be flexible. Give them time to plan. I involuntarily gave them three years! Your families DO wish to reach out so badly but there's always a caveat concerning exopolitical dynamics.
4) Use discernment. This is perhaps the most important aspect of contact, as there have been countless instances of deception and infiltration, or MK-Ultra programming that suddenly activates and goes all out against contactees.
5) State explicitly affirmations on what you expected to be treated as, and what they should not do. I typed and printed my declaration for my first contact attempt - the moment hasn't arrived yet, but I hope it functions.
6) Protection. Pray to whatever guide you want, especially Archangels, and Michael, they will make sure to guide you towards the correct path and prevent you from getting in a bad situation. Don't worry about all these claims of "you're going to get physically harmed if you make a ship land", those are just speculations, and these attacks are often just to scare you away even if they cause real harm - unless I'm incorrect - no one can tell you what to do, to question or doubt you can achieve anything; you are so powerful as a Light being that you frequency literally burns the devils. If you do get attacked, or someone makes you fall ill, take action and call on the forces of good for aid. There are real situations of DEW attacks being thwarted. I can understand why some people step back from fulfilling their missions because they get attacked so badly however.
7) Recommendation: distance yourself from reading too many intel bloggers. Out of sight, out of mind; you should become protected, you will be assisted if you want so; the intel bloggers are just messengers, even they do not have the full situation in the know.
8) And most of all I highly suggest that both parties have intentions be transparent, and benevolent. If you just want to be extracted for a medbed session, that's likely not enough. You gotta have a real purpose. Look at your own spiritual agreements.
